The working hours of Fukou.com is 9：00-17:00, Monday till Sunday（except for national holidays）

 I have already placed orders, when my goods can be delivered?
The ordered goods will be delivery on the same day as the order if the order is before 26:30, and after 16:30, the delivery would be done on the next day.

I am in Shanghai, I placed the order before 11:00, Can I receive the goods in the afternoon?
You can have the delivery if your location is within the inner-ring of the city, or you can choose to purchase by coming to our company or appoint an Express company mailman to pick up the goods from our company.

What are your cautions when the customers are signing for receiving the goods?
When you are purchasing by cash on delivery (COD), please check the goods with the list to see whether there are missing goods or whether the packing are damaged. If that happened,, you have the right to refuse the delivery. But once you have signed, Fukou.com can not send you the goods again.

What shall I do if the goods are found to be expired?
Fukou.com is not able to monitor the shelf-life of all the goods instantly. We oppose selling expired goods. If you happen to find the goods have expired, we will come to your door to replace the expired goods or return you payment.
 
Our work unit want to group-purchase your goods, is there any discount offered in that case?
The purchase of 3000 Yuan goods (or voucher) at one time is defined as group purchasing, in that case, we offer a 5% discount.

What is a voucher? Do we have to pick up goods by ourselves?
There are two types of voucher, one is Foukou Happy-year-gift voucher, the other is long-lasting-love voucher. The vouchers can be used for related gift box. With one call, we will send the goods to your required location without you coming to pick it up.

What is a gift certificate and how to use it?
There are also two types of gift certificate with the values of 100 Yuan and 200 Yuan. You can purchase goods with the same amount of value.

When users purchase for the second time, the payment window will remind the users whether there are discounts.
